The BBA in Aviation Management program offered by UPES School of Business is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the aviation industry. In the Aviation Service Operations specialization, students will learn to manage and optimize service operations in the aviation industry. This includes understanding customer expectations, service design, quality management, and the role of technology in enhancing service operations. The Travel & Ground handling operations specialization focuses on managing travel agency operations and coordinating ground handling services to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience for passengers. Students will learn about customer service, effective communication, and problem-solving techniques specific to the travel and ground handling context.
