Other Fees

To give real-life exposure to students and to make them industry-ready professionals, short-duration industrial tours/training and/or online training shall be organised for all students of full-time programs.

The training may lead to certification in all programs Except for Engineering PG, Law PG and B.Com / B.Sc. & Pharma students where it will be an accredited course. A charge of Rs.26,500/- (one time) is to be paid in the 5th semester of UG Programs and the 2nd semester for PG students. In case travel on an industrial tour by air is necessitated, additional charges, if any, would be intimated to the students concerned for payment before the commencement of the tour. BBA Students must pay this amount along with the 3rd Semester fee.

To improve communication and soft skills and placement selection chances, it is mandatory for all the students (Except B. Com / B.Sc.) to attend the Personality Development Program organised by UPES. PDP fee of Rs.7500 /- for PG shall be payable at the time of Registration. The PDP fee for UG programs is Rs.20,000/-, of which half is payable at admission, and the balance half in the penultimate (second last) semester.

A refundable (interest-free) security amount of Rs.20 000/- is also payable during Registration.

If any taxes/ levies on fees are charged by the Central/State/Local Authorities/Overseas Authorities from time to time, the same shall also be borne by the students.

Students will be charged Rs.1,500 as a Convocation fee to be paid in the penultimate (2nd Last) semester. Since LLM is a one-year duration course, this fee is payable at the time of Registration.

Rs.1500/- will be payable at the time of Registration.

Rs.3200/- will be charged per semester for the first year of the program, and for subsequent years, the amount shall be communicated to students along with semester fees. All students must bring their laptops as per the configuration mentioned in the admission offer letter OR on the UPES website.

Rs.500/- to be paid for the I-Card One Time during registration.

To Cover the Material Cost incurred at Design LABS, B.Des Student is required to pay Rs.10,000/- Per year as a consumable fee.

Students of BBA Aviation Management will additionally have to pay a one-time applicable IATA course fee (approx. Rs.40,000/-) in addition to the semester fee during Registration in July 2023.

Residential blocks have been earmarked for limited on–campus accommodation (on a first-come, first-served basis) separately for boys and girls on a triple-sharing basis. Students wishing to avail hostel facility (On-campus) must deposit the fee in advance.

The fee indicated below is for the academic session 2023-24 only and is on a triple-sharing basis.

Fee:

Rs. 1,65,000/- Regular hostel for boys and girls at Bidholi and Kandoli campuses.

However, for female students, we also have a few additional double-sharing rooms with add-on facilities at the Bidholi campus & and a few additional triple-sharing rooms with add-on facilities only at the Kandoli campus, as indicated below:

Bidholi Campus

Rs. 2,10,000/- for a hostel room with an attached washroom (only for girls).

Rs. 2,20,000/- for a hostel room with an attached washroom and Air conditioning (only for girls).

Kandoli Campus

Rs. 1,80,000/- for a hostel room with an attached washroom (only for girls).

Rs. 1,90,000/- for a hostel room with an attached washroom and Air conditioning (only for girls).

In addition to the hostel fee, an Interest-free refundable Hostel Security Fee of Rs.10,000/- will be taken at the time of registration.

Note: - Students desirous of availing of the campus hostel facility should submit the following documents along with the requisite hostel fee without fail.

• Police Verification Report^* (from their respective city/town)
