<p>Dr Abhishek Bharti is a dedicated academician with a strong background in statistics and demography. He earned his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from Banaras Hindu University in 2021, where he also completed his Master of Science (M.Sc.) in 2013.</p>
<p>Dr Bharti is committed to academic excellence and research. His research interests span Applied Statistics, Mathematical Demography, Stochastic Processes, and Public Health.</p>
<p>As an accomplished researcher, he has published several impactful papers in esteemed journals. Notable among them are papers on conception rate estimation, parity progression ratio trends, spatial statistics analysis on infant mortality, and determinants of maternity care utilization.</p>
<p>Dr Abhishek Bharti is an esteemed member of various professional associations, including the International Indian Statistical Association (IISA), Indian Society for Medical Statistics (ISMS), and Indian Association for the Study of Population (IASP).</p>

Since July 2022, Dr Bharti is working as an Assistant Professor at the School of Business, UPES, Dehradun. In his current role as Assistant Professor at UPES, School of Business, Dehradun, Dr. Bharti is actively engaged in teaching and research activities.

Dr. Abhishek Bharti has good teaching experience and has successfully delivered courses in Business Mathematics and Business Statistics for BBA students. His expertise also extends to teaching Business Research Methods for MBA students. With a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter, Dr. Bharti employs effective teaching methodologies, fosters student engagement, and ensures a practical application of concepts in the business context. His courses provide students with a strong foundation in quantitative analysis, statistical techniques, and research methodologies, equipping them with the necessary skills to make data-driven decisions in their business careers.
In June 2013, Dr. Bharti have been awarded the Junior Research Fellowship (UGC NET-JRF), a prestigious fellowship of the University Grants Commission. This fellowship provided financial support for his Ph.D. research work.
