Rahul Bodhi (Ph.D.) obtained his Doctorate in Management from the School of Management Studies, Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology Allahabad, India. His research interests lie in the area of the Future of Work, Knowledge Sharing, Social Media, Cyber Behaviour, and Work-related Outcomes. He was a Visiting Research Fellow at the Graduate Institute of Digital Learning and Education, National Taiwan University of Science & Technology (NTUST), Taipei, Taiwan, under the South Bond Project, Ministry of Education. Taiwan. His research appears in various leading journals (A-ABDC, ABS-3, Q1-Q2), including the International Journal of Emerging Markets, International Journal of Educational Management, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, and IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, among others.

Before joining UPES, Rahul was a Visiting Research Fellow at the Graduate Institute of Digital Learning and Education, National Taiwan University of Science & Technology (NTUST), Taipei, Taiwan. He also worked for GLA University Mathura as an Assistant Professor in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour.

<p>Rahul Bodhi has led multidisciplinary teams on an international collaborative project to understand better the role of emerging technologies such as social media, mobile services and so on. His work has a strong approach to innovation, emerging technologies' adoption barriers, and how these technologies impact individuals (e.g., well-being, work performance) and organizational outcomes.</p>
