Ishan Gupta, Kaushik Dutta, Lakshya Agarwal & Aditya Rajput, students of B.Des. User Experience and Interaction Design (UX/UI) 2022 won several awards for their design concept, Renteco —a hyperlocal rental service for used items that enhances college essentials' accessibility while promoting eco-consciousness through waste reduction. Their achievements include the CII Young Designer Award 2022, the 'D' Source DIC-BHU Award hosted by IIT Bombay, and an honourable mention at the Student Service Design Challenge 2022 during Barcelona Design Week.

The team also emerged triumphant with a series of awards for their groundbreaking project, Renteco —an innovative hyperlocal rental service for used items, thoughtfully crafted to enhance college essentials' accessibility while supporting environmental stewardship through waste reduction. The service operates within a fully circular framework, exclusively renting out previously used items. After recycling, responsible disposal is ensured via collaborations with recycling plants and scrap dealers.

Their accomplishments include clinching the prestigious CII Young Designer Award 2022, earning recognition with the 'D' source DIC-BHU Award hosted by IIT Bombay, and being acknowledged with an honourable mention in the Student Service Design Challenge 2022, announced during Barcelona Design Week.
